What is your shipping Policy? 

Under normal conditions, all orders are shipped within 4 business days from the day they’re ordered. During the holiday season, shipping timeframes may be slightly longer than usual. If purchasing multiple sizes such as 12x16, 20x20 and 30x40, they will be shipped separately. 


HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?   

USPS Ground Shipping is free.  If you would like your artwork to be shipped with a different vendor or expedited 2 day shipping, you will pay the difference in costs.  Please contact us if you'd like to expedite your items to 2 day shipping, or prefer to use another vendor. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

We use USPS Priority Mail which usually delivers within 5 days once shipped, though the holiday season may cause more significant delays at times. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from fran@francooperart.com with a link to track your package. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. 


CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES? 

Currently, we only ship in the US.


MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you’ve not received it, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We want to make sure you receive your order. Contact us with your order information, and we will do our best to help you out.


MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEM(S) AND/OR I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS.

We’re sorry you received the wrong item, and we want to make sure we take care of that for you. For us to correct our error and re-ship your order, please take a photo of the incorrect product(s) you received. Contact us, attach the photos and include your order number. We will either refund you the cost of the product(s) or resend them to your shipping address. We may also send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us. 


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Yes, unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.


WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY?

All product sales are final. For further assistance contact contact us and we will gladly help you! Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You may always contact us for any questions at orders@francooperart.com.

DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace or exchange artwork, prints and merchandise if it is damaged during shipping.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES We will replace or exchange artwork, prints and merchandise if it is damaged during shipping.  Please email orders@francooperart.com with photos of your damaged goods. Replacements will not be made for products damaged by the recipient.  

EXCHANGES ON ORIGINAL ART If you wish to change the art for another piece, and return the purchased item in the condition it was received, exchange is possible if both parties mutually agree. Please contact contact us first. If you want to replace the art with a more expensive piece, the cost difference will be covered by the buyer accordingly.  If you are returning an item over $200, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
